Totally recommend to all. The hotel is exceptional, with wonderful views, amazing location easy to reach on foot from the train station. Abundant options at breakfast. The pool area is very clean too. A bar in the reception, convenient.

This place has modern rooms with great amenities like two televisions, coffee, and fantastic air-conditioning, as well as comfortable beds and a sparkling clean pool.

Perfect for celebrating a birthday. The room was top-notch and a decent size.- The room included a balcony, mini bar, and complimentary WiFi.- The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants nearby and gardens to enjoy.- Enjoyed some great meals at Coco Lezzone, which is located close to the hotel.

The friendly staff, clean rooms, great interior.
Food wasn`t so good, I would replace the cook as there was no reasonable bread at the breakfast buffet.

I stayed here for 3 days and would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel was romantic, location was wonderful in a lovely open square next to the Church of Santa Maria Novella, plentiful breakfast. The rooftop bar was comfortable.

Great service here and the pool is top-notch. My room was super cool and really spacious, plus the rooftop views were awesome. The location is amazing, near the hop-on hop-off bus stops and the impressive cathedral. 🌟

All good. The hotel is in a very good condition and the swimming on the roof is impressive. We had a free upgrade and a nice 2 room room for 3 people.

Convenient location! The breakfast had a good mix of options including meats, hot food, and fresh fruit. The restaurant had some decent choices too. I really liked that it only took 15 minutes to get to the airport from here! 🥐
